Tim Davis, a veteran of hospitality, brings over a decade of diverse experience to his role as Executive Director at Arcadia Place. Originally from San Diego, Calif., Tim’s career encompasses ownership of Mareas Resorts in Costa Rica, design entrepreneurship and a decade in insurance sales.
Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in business psychology, along with a certificate from the International Butler Academy. Tim’s passion for service extends beyond the workplace, evident in his love for cooking, cycling and hiking. With a philosophy rooted in the belief that hospitality is a lifestyle, Tim’s genuine dedication to serving others defines his leadership at Arcadia Place.
